  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup store-bought or homemade pesto
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • (Optional) Balsamic glaze for drizzling

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth out any creases.
  • Cut the pastry into 3-inch squares.
