- 20 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 20 small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Rinse and pat dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Drain the mozzarella balls.
- Assemble the Skewers:
- Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Lightly sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Notes
