Ingredients

  • 20 cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 20 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 20 small skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients:
    • Rinse and pat dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
    • Drain the mozzarella balls.
  • Assemble the Skewers:
    • Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
