  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Assembly:

  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix the espresso, caramel syrup, and coffee liqueur. Set aside.
  • Make the Mascarpone Cream:

    • In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Assemble the Tiramisu:

    • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture and layer them in a dish.
    • Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the soaked ladyfingers.
    • Drizzle with caramel sauce.
    • Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
  • Chill and Serve:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
    • Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and drizzle more caramel sauce.
