4 large eggs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter (or oil) and let it melt.
Add the sliced Spam pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
