Ingredients

1½ lbs flank or skirt steak

Corn tortillas

Toppings: diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, salsa
Instructions

Marinate steak in juices, oil, garlic, and spices for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Grill over high heat for 4–5 minutes per side for medium doneness.

Rest steak for 5 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain.
