Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Cook pork slices until browned; set aside.

  3. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.

  4. Return pork to skillet; add orange juice, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  5. Simmer 10 minutes until flavors meld.

  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
