1 bunch garlic scapes (about 10–12 scapes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Rinse the garlic scapes gently under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Using a sharp knife, trim off any dried or tough ends of the scapes.
In a mixing bowl, toss the scapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
