1 pound ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
24 ounces frozen French fries
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pickles, diced (optional)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add in the chopped onion and garlic, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let those flavors meld together for another minute.
