- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp mustard powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
- ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup (60 ml) reserved pasta water (if needed)
- Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Noodles:
- Boil egg noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, black pepper, and mustard powder.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, butter, and shredded cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in cooked noodles and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed for a creamier texture.
