These juicy, cheesy cheeseburger sliders are made with soft Hawaiian rolls, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese—perfect for parties, game nights, or an easy weeknight dinner!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12-count Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (for butter topping)
- ½ tsp parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook onions until soft (2-3 minutes).
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the rolls.
- Layer cheese slices on top.
3️⃣ Top & Bake:
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush over the tops.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm!
