These juicy, cheesy cheeseburger sliders are made with soft Hawaiian rolls, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese—perfect for parties, game nights, or an easy weeknight dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12-count Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (for butter topping)
  • ½ tsp parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Beef:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook onions until soft (2-3 minutes).
  • Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
  • Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.

2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly over the rolls.
  • Layer cheese slices on top.

3️⃣ Top & Bake:

  • Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush over the tops.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

  • Slice into individual sliders and serve warm!
