Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced into 12 pieces

1 ball burrata cheese (about 4 oz), torn

4 slices prosciutto, torn

2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Honey, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Toast the Bread: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 6–8 minutes until golden.

Assemble Crostini: Top each slice with torn burrata, a piece of prosciutto, and a peach slice.

Garnish: Add fresh basil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
