These Cheesy Burrata Crostini are the perfect blend of creamy, salty, and sweet. Crispy toasted bread is topped with luscious burrata, delicate slices of prosciutto, and juicy peaches—making them an irresistible appetizer or light summer snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 12 pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 ball burrata cheese (about 4 oz), torn

  • 4 slices prosciutto, torn

  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

  • Honey, for drizzling (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Toast the Bread: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 6–8 minutes until golden.

  • Assemble Crostini: Top each slice with torn burrata, a piece of prosciutto, and a peach slice.

  • Garnish: Add fresh basil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of honey if desired.

  • Serve immediately while warm and crisp.

Notes

  • Use nectarines if peaches aren’t in season.

  • For extra flavor, grill the peach slices before adding them.

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but you can toast the bread a day ahead and store it in an airtight container.
