1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
6 tablespoons pasta or marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
About 12 slices of pepperoni
Dried oregano
for optional garnish
Olive oil
for optional brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Spread a tablespoon of pasta or marinara sauce onto each rectangle.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add a few slices of pepperoni on top.
- Fold the rectangles in half to form pockets and seal the edges by pressing them with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano if desired.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
