  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Slice the baguette lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from each half.
