Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp taco seasoning

1 tbsp melted butter

Optional: chopped jalapeños or cilantro
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.

Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly, then dust with taco seasoning.

Cut into strips about 1 inch wide.

Twist each strip a few times and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Brush with melted butter.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cool slightly and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
