Description
Indulge in the delightful flavors of Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread, a creative twist on a classic dish that combines savory chicken and creamy Alfredo with the fun of pull-apart bread.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley
chopped (for garnish)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters. Roll each piece into a ball and dip in the chicken mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Layer half of the coated biscuit balls in the greased bundt pan, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Add the remaining biscuit balls on top and finish with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping the pan to release the monkey bread. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a homemade Alfredo sauce, combine butter, heavy cream, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Serve with marinara for a dipping option.
