Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ pounds boneless
skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons garlic powder

5 ounces fresh spinach
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken chunks, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and sauté until cooked through and golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach) and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
