4 large russet potatoes
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and prick them all over with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
