  • 1 cup of snap peas
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 green onion, sliced

  • Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
