4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (about 1 pound total)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon paprika
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Start by patting the chicken fillets dry with a paper towel, seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and heat until shimmering.
Carefully place the chicken fillets in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
