Parmesan cheese – 1 cup

Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste

Fresh parsley – for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken fillets topped with the creamy sauce, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside fries.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
