Ingredients
Chicken fillets – 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
Garlic – 4 cloves

Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
Parmesan cheese – 1 cup
grated
Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Fresh parsley – for garnish

Fries – 1 bag (frozen or homemade
about 32 oz or 900 g)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the chicken fillets topped with the creamy sauce, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside fries.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
