1 pound of ground chicken
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of coriander
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
With wet hands, shape the mixture into oval or cylindrical patties, about the size of a golf ball.
