  • 1 pound of gnocchi
  • 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups of marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour half of the gnocchi mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella over the first layer. Top with the remaining gnocchi mixture.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for about 5 minutes and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
