1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat half of the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
