- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup snap peas or broccoli (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chicken, carrots, and snap peas, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Add spaghetti, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap spaghetti for lo mein or rice noodles for a more authentic taste.
- Add chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy kick.
