Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snap peas or broccoli (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers, and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in chicken, carrots, and snap peas, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  • Add spaghetti, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap spaghetti for lo mein or rice noodles for a more authentic taste.
  • Add chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy kick.
