2–3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 tablespoons of adobo sauce from the can
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt, to taste
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine the Greek yogurt, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and honey. Pulse until it’s beautifully smooth and creamy.
Give your sauce a taste. If it needs more heat, add another chipotle pepper or a drizzle more of the adobo sauce.
Sprinkle in some salt and blend again to mix.
