8 oz of cream cheese, softened
2 cups of chipped beef, chopped
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
1/4 cup of finely chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of black pepper
Optional: fresh herbs like parsley for garnish
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth.
Fold in the chopped chipped beef using a spatula gently to combine.
Sprinkle in the garlic powder and black pepper, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands. If too sticky, dampen your hands with water.
