Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until smooth.
2. Mix in vanilla extract.
3. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
5. Roll dough into small logs and twist each into a spiral shape.
6. Place twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
8. Roll frozen twists in powdered sugar before serving.
9. Store leftover twists in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
