Ingredients

1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)

1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for chocolate topping)
Instructions

Brown the butter: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat until golden brown and nutty.

Melt marshmallows: Add marshmallows, vanilla, and salt; stir until smooth.

Mix cereal: Remove from heat, stir in cereal until fully coated.

Press into pan: Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×9-inch pan.

Melt chocolate: In a bowl, microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
