Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to your wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and dried cranberries using a spatula.
Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
