Description

These Churro Cheesecake Bars combine the crispy, cinnamon-sugar magic of churros with a rich, creamy cheesecake filling. A deliciously easy dessert that will have everyone coming back for more!

For the Crust & Topping:

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 175°C (350°F). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare Cinnamon-Sugar: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Layer the Dough:
    • Roll out one crescent roll sheet and press it into the bottom of the dish.
    • Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of cinnamon-sugar.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
    • Spread evenly over the bottom dough layer.
  • Top & Bake:
    • Place the second crescent roll sheet over the filling.
    • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool & Serve: Let cool before slicing into bars. Enjoy!
