These Churro Cheesecake Bars combine the crispy, cinnamon-sugar magic of churros with a rich, creamy cheesecake filling. A deliciously easy dessert that will have everyone coming back for more!

For the Crust & Topping:
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 175°C (350°F). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Cinnamon-Sugar: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Layer the Dough:
- Roll out one crescent roll sheet and press it into the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of cinnamon-sugar.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Spread evenly over the bottom dough layer.
- Top & Bake:
- Place the second crescent roll sheet over the filling.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool before slicing into bars. Enjoy!

- Best served chilled for a firmer texture.
