  • In a large bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and sugar; let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • Add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, olive oil, and the browned butter into the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth, then place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough, then spread it out onto a greased baking sheet, dimpling the surface with your fingers.
  • Let the dough rise again for about 20-30 minutes before baking in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
