These Cinnamon Roll Blondies combine the richness of blondies with a delightful cinnamon swirl, topped off with a creamy cream cheese icing for an indulgent dessert experience.
Ingredients
Butter (1 cup

Brown Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
Eggs (2 large)
Vanilla Extract (2 tsp)
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) for the swirl
Cinnamon (1 tbsp)
Butter (1/4 cup
melted) for the swirl
Cream Cheese (4 oz
softened) for the icing
Powdered Sugar (1 cup) for the icing
Milk (1–2 tbsp) for the icing
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) for the icing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt, then gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl: mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until well combined.
- Spread the blondie batter into the prepared pan, then drizzle the cinnamon swirl on top and use a knife to create swirls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While blondies are cooling, prepare the cream cheese icing by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once cooled, drizzle the cream cheese icing over the blondies, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the batter to keep your blondies soft and chewy. You can adjust the thickness of the icing by varying the amount of milk added.
