Description
This Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake blends creamy vanilla filling with sweet cinnamon sugar ribbons and a buttery graham cracker crust for a comforting and elegant dessert.
Ingredients
— Crust —
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
— Cinnamon Swirl —
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
— Cheesecake Filling —
24 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter to make the swirl mixture.
4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended.
6. Pour half the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of cinnamon mixture over it and gently swirl with a knife.
7. Repeat with remaining cheesecake and cinnamon mixture, swirling again.
8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until center is just set. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter to avoid cracks.
Use a water bath for a smoother texture.
Top with whipped cream or a dusting of cinnamon sugar before serving.
