1 pound of fresh crab meat
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
1/4 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Start by gently picking through the crab meat to remove any shell fragments.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
Add the chopped celery, red bell pepper, and parsley into the bowl. Stir to combine.
Gently add your crab meat to the bowl and fold it in carefully.
