Ingredients
1 medium green cabbage, finely shredded
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
4. Toss thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
