  • 6 oz cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 2 leaves lettuce, washed and dried

  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  • Toast all bread slices until golden brown.
  • Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  • Spread mayo-mustard mixture on one side of each bread slice.
