Instructions

2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
3️⃣ In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4️⃣ Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
