Instructions
Prep Your Pan: Start by lining a dome mold (or a bowl with a rounded bottom) with plastic wrap.
Mix the Coconut Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Mold the Coconut: Pack the coconut mixture tightly into the prepared mold, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill: Cover the mold with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the Chocolate Coating: Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
