Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

⅓ cup granulated sugar

Zest of 2 limes

½ cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

Mix sugar, lime zest, and coconut in a bowl.

Separate biscuits and cut each in half. Brush with melted butter, then coat in the coconut-sugar mix.

Layer biscuit halves upright in the loaf pan like dominos.

Bake 30–35 minutes or until golden and baked through.

Make glaze: mix powdered sugar and lime juice. Drizzle over warm bread before serving.
