Instructions

  • Boil the Eggs:
    • Place the eggs in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel the shells once cooled.
  • Prepare the Coloring Mixture:
    • In small bowls, combine 1 cup water, 1 tbsp vinegar, and a few drops of food coloring in each desired color.
  • Color the Egg Whites:
    • Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set the yolks aside in a bowl.
    • Place the egg whites into the colored water for 5-10 minutes, or until they reach your desired color. Remove and place them on a paper towel to dry.
  • Make the Filling:
