- 1 box white cake mix (+ ingredients listed on the box)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Bake the Cake: Prepare cake batter as per the box instructions. Bake in a lined 9×13-inch pan at 175°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Cut & Fill: Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out cakes. Mix butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and food coloring for frosting. Spread frosting between two cake hearts to make sandwiches.
- Coat with Chocolate: Melt white chocolate, then dip cakes until fully coated. Place on parchment paper.
- Decorate & Set: Add sprinkles if desired. Let the cakes set until firm before serving.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for a vibrant pink hue.
- Let the cakes chill in the fridge before dipping to prevent crumbs.
