Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs – 2 eggs, beaten – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp paprika – Salt and pepper to taste – 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor. For extra crispiness, broil chicken for the last 2 minutes. Pair with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
