Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, shredded cheddar (if using), olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
3️⃣ Shape the Chips:
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each dollop into a thin, round shape using the back of the spoon or your fingers.
4️⃣ Bake to Crispiness:
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking every few minutes after 10 minutes to ensure they don’t burn.
