Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
  • Divide batter into two bowls; tint one pink and one blue. Swirl together in the pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Immediately roll cake in a towel and let cool.
  • Whip cream, powdered sugar, and cotton candy flavoring until stiff peaks form.
  • Unroll cake, spread cream, then roll back up. Chill before slicing.
  • Garnish with cotton candy before serving.
