Instructions

- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
- Divide batter into two bowls; tint one pink and one blue. Swirl together in the pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Immediately roll cake in a towel and let cool.
- Whip cream, powdered sugar, and cotton candy flavoring until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll cake, spread cream, then roll back up. Chill before slicing.
- Garnish with cotton candy before serving.
