  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, diced

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

  • Stir in Rotel, corn, bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings until well combined.
