Ingredients

1 cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab), shredded

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ cup celery, finely chopped

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add crab meat, celery, onion, and herbs to the bowl.
