  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • Slider buns (as needed)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, grated Havarti cheese, chopped red onion, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  • Form the mixture into patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Once hot, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, panko bread crumbs, and poppy seeds until well combined.
