Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for extra depth)

Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and tomato paste (if using). Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in beef broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until sauce thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).

Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
