- 12 oz (340 g) bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup (60 ml) pasta water (reserved)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

ok the Pasta:
- Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water, and set aside.

Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
- Stir in diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and pour in heavy cream. Stir well.

Combine Everything:
- Add cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, butter, and reserved pasta water. Stir until well coated.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
