Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta shells (or any pasta shape)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
- Add the chopped onion and cook for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
